The Mountain Meteor builds on the success of Sierra Designs legendary Stretch Dome, using an eye pole for more livability, Jake's Corners(tm) for strength, and air-lift venting that thwarts condensation for a team of two. *Interlocs™ attaches the fly to the tent canopy at each guy-out point to create one integrated structure for added strength and stabilizes tent by distributing the pull to increase strength in heavy weather. *Clip Locs(tm) dynamically locks poles at their intersection adding 60% to the tent's strength. *Superseal Floor(tm) combines benefits of catenary and bathtub floors. Raised, taped perimeter seam provides guaranteed waterproofness and maintains a tighter pitch with a better wind line to prevent flapping. *Eye Pole provides more space yet requires less pole, structure, and weight. *Jake's Corner(tm) eliminates pole rotation that can lead to pole failure in extreme conditions. Lightweight, removable, patented, and exclusive to Sierra Designs. *Stash Door has a continuous zipper, allowing door to open fully and easily stashes into an internal pocket to stay clean, dry, and accessible. *Air Lift Vents allows air to circulate throughout the tent while the angled design with mesh backing doesn't allow rain or snow in.
